Sign Up for 'Thrill of Discovery' Workshop

03.03.11 -- Catch up on space missions around the solar system with
talks from NASA scientists and engineers. Receive hands-on training for
standards-aligned activities and multimedia. Return home with great resources
for your class, including a free DVD of "Space School Musical," a play that
students can perform.
NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory is hosting the "Thrill of Discovery" workshop
on Saturday, March 19, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The workshop is aimed at K - 12
teachers and out-of-school-time educators.
NASA's Discovery and New Frontiers missions will be featured throughout the day.
These robotic spacecraft are traveling vast distances to study how our solar system
formed and evolved, and doing brilliant science utilizing cool technologies.
